For boards and commissioners

What it costs, what you get, and how to hold us to it.

Most commissioners we know came up through the fire service. You know what the job costs in hours. Here's how we think about what the software should cost in dollars.

A price you can budget for.

Permits Portal is a one-time setup fee, an annual subscription, and a small fee on each permit sold. The district decides whether that fee is passed on to residents. For Mobilize, we work out pricing with your district or region. Either way, we'll put the numbers for your district in writing before you vote on anything.

Hours back, not features.

What you're buying is staff time. Permits sold online are permits nobody sells at the counter or chases a check for. Rigs committed in minutes are hours of phone calls nobody makes. Next: automated time tracking and reporting that gets your people paid and your districts reimbursed for their mobilizations that much faster. Time is money.

A record you can stand behind.

Every sale, approval, and change is recorded with who did it and when. When a resident, an auditor, or a records request asks what happened, the answer is already there.

Your data, and the way out.

Everything the district puts in is the district's. You can export all of it, any time, for any reason, including if you decide to leave us. Read our data portability charter.

Who you're dealing with.

StationWorks is US-owned and US-based. We're working firefighters, and we've spent our careers building systems for government and high-security work. Meet us.

How we protect it.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. How we protect your district's and your residents' information is laid out plainly on oursecurity page.

Ask us the hard questions.
